Our rules make us who we are: a safe, welcoming club for all to join.
Take some time to read them below:
The Strokers value the man over the skill
Umpires should make sure they place their pint glass behind the wicket at the non-striker’s end during the over. To ensure both the safety of their pint, and to free their hands for the likely task of giving someone out.
LBW is a tricky law and should only be applied if someone is plum. If you don’t know what plum is, we suggest you stay at square leg. If you don’t know what square leg is, get back to the bar.
The umpiring coats haven’t got tighter, you have got fatter. This is as true this season as it was last.
Don’t take yourself too seriously!
